Emi♥ Returns Policy
We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 28 days of receipt. (This begins from the day after the day you receive your product) Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.
Please be aware that items can only be returned if they have all of the tags intact, so don't remove them if you're thinking of sending them back!
How to return?
OK, so you have received your item and it doesn't look quite right. This is what you need to do next...
First of all please get in contact with us by using the "Contact
" section on the website or if you prefer, you can send us an email to: [email protected]
Please state your order number & your reason for returning the product. We will then email you our returns form and issue you with a unique Returns Authorisation Number. The returns form needs to be printed off, completed and sent back with your order. The RAN needs to be written along the front of the package that is to be returned.
Returns cannot be accepted without a valid RAN. You will be unable to get a RAN from the us if more than 30 days has passed since you received your item(s).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Responsibility only returns to us once the item has been received by our warehouse.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
